The provenance and traceability of the produce that we buy is of vital importance to us and each of our suppliers are not only experts in their respective fields but are just as passionate as we are about growing and delivering only the very best quality produce.
Through developing long term and valued partnerships we can trace the vast majority of the ingredients used in our dishes directly back to the grower or farm where it started its life. The chefs like nothing more than to spend time visiting suppliers to better understand their ingredients and learn from the producers how best to serve and present it to their customers.
